TEOPEMA is a generative audiovisual work that treats mathematics as a higher-order language able to shape physical reality as well as describe it, framing the piece as a poem offered as the 'solution' to a problem. Its 696 tokens are each three-second video clips with sound; placed in sequence they form a continuous 35-minute exhibition film divided into six chapters of 116 pieces each: Lemma, Origin, Spell, Fear Not, Body of Nature, and Proof. Vadim Epstein generated the visuals with Illustrip, a CLIP-guided video synthesis method from his own open-source Aphantasia toolkit, interpolating the meanings and styles of hundreds of text prompts. COH composed the soundtrack from layered digital synthesis, tying the volume and stereo position of each layer to the timing of on-screen events and adding organic sounds to anchor the experience in human perception.
