huemin is an AI artist and programmer whose work explores the relationship between people, artificial intelligence and the digital realm, typically through vivid color, minimal composition and geometric abstraction. Beyond their own practice, huemin is a significant open-source contributor to the AI art toolchain: they helped develop JAX Automated Stitching, a tool widely used by other artists, and led the community effort behind Deforum Stable Diffusion, a free Stable Diffusion inference and animation tool that became a staple of early AI animation.
